7. Return & Refund Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, spices and food products are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is defective or expired.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or a replacement product will be provided at our discretion.
8. Product Storage
Customers are responsible for storing products according to the storage instructions provided on the website. Rishi Spices is not liable for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Rishi Spices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
